The Starter Package, Details Package, and Additional Services listed below are available to you at any time, even if we are not your project's architect-of-record. Purchasing the Permit Package means hiring us as your project's architect-of-record.

Fee calculated on a per review basis at $500 each.

Review of contractor estimate for consistency with the scope of work documents. Bid leveling available if reviewing multiple contractor estimates. Contractor referral available on request.

Fee calculated on an hourly basis at $250 per hour.

Personalized design service that includes a selection of fixtures and/or finishes. Design choices will be noted in all drawings. Deliverables may include 3D visualizations and interior elevations.

Fee calculated on a per work type application basis at $1,500 each.

Online submission of the permit application(s) in lieu of in-person expediting. Requires that you and the contactor each have a DOB Now account. Excludes work related to Landmarks projects or post approval amendment(s).

Fee calculated at 10% of purchase order receipt, excluding taxes and shipping costs.

Lower risk of supply chain delays by ordering finishes and fixtures in advance. We order from our vendor network and pass all trade discounts to you.

Fee calculated on an hourly basis at $200 per hour.

Managing of project conditions requiring prompt attention, including site visits during construction. Needs prior hourly estimate approval.

Fee calculated on an hourly basis at $300 per hour.
