Energy Code
The terms and conditions of this service to be added to your project’s existing AIA Document B105-2017 service agreement is as follows:
Modifications to Article 7: The Architect shall deliver the Energy Code service, which directs the Architect to perform energy analysis of electrical equipment and lighting fixtures for compliance with the latest New York City Energy Conservation Code and to include this documentation in the permit application drawings. This service includes special inspection(s) and sign-off(s) and two (2) hours of meeting with the Owner or the DOB. Additional work related to New York City Landmark Preservation Commission application(s) or for post-approval amendment(s) may be billed hourly as Additional Service.
Refunds are only available if the service has not commenced.
