Plumbing Permit
The terms and conditions of this service to be added to your project’s existing AIA Document B105-2017 service agreement is as follows:
Modifications to Article 7: The Architect shall deliver the Plumbing Permit service, which directs the Architect to prepare professionally certified documents and drawings for a plumbing permit application with the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB). This service includes work related one (1) submission for a plumbing permit, including resubmissions when requested by the DOB, a plumbing plan, a plumbing riser diagram as required by the DOB, and three (3) hours of meeting with the Owner or the DOB. Additional work related to New York City Landmark Preservation Commission application(s) or for post-approval amendment(s) may be billed hourly as Additional Service.
Refunds are only available if the service has not commenced.
